• Build and develop relationships with homeowners and prospective clients
• Generate and manage leads through networking, referrals, and company-provided opportunities
• Conduct property consultations and identify customer needs
• Educate customers on roofing, siding, and exterior solutions
• Guide customers through the sales process from initial conversation through project completion
  

• Previous sales experience with a proven ability to build relationships and close opportunities
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented mindset
• Construction background or general industry knowledge preferred
• Roofing, siding, or exterior restoration experience is a major plus
