What You’ll Achieve

A Pre-sales Consultant is responsible for helping prospects better understand company software that the customer has purchased and how to use it efficiently.

You Will

• Learn ERP, POS, OMS and other applications as per the training provided.
• Train internal members on specific modules of Software as per requirements.
• Take up Proof of Concept projects to win the confidence of prospects
• Create winning demo strategies
• Identify product gaps with respect to projects and document them. Suggest work-arounds and process improvements.

Essential Requirements

• Must be a self-starter, comfortable working in a structured but dynamic environment.
• ERP Pre-sales or implementation experience
• Participation in understanding the functional requirements from clients.
• Analytical skill set, strong presentation skills, ability to interact with any level within an organization.
• Knowledge of accounts
• Open to traveling for project-related work or pre-sales.
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication
