Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Consultant will focus on building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives. Responsibilities include consulting with clients to identify opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining clear and effective communication. The role will also involve collaboration with internal teams to enhance client engagement and deliver value-driven services.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Consultant will focus on building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives. Responsibilities include consulting with clients to identify opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining clear and effective communication. The role will also involve collaboration with internal teams to enhance client engagement and deliver value-driven services.
Qualifications
- Must have worked in SAAS, CPAAS, AI Industry and Banking/ Fintech experience is a must
- Expertise in Sales Consulting, with the ability to identify customer needs and deliver relevant solutions
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written fluency
- Experience in Consulting with clients to provide tailored solutions
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
