Role Description

This full-time, on-site position in Bengaluru South is for a Sales Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for conducting market research, developing strategies for lead generation, and driving business growth. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, preparing and delivering compelling presentations, and staying up to date on industry trends to identify new opportunities for the company.
Qualifications

  • Strong Business Development and Sales skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management
  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis skills to identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Experience in Strategic Planning and creating effective business strategies to meet sales targets
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with community management or real estate industry will be a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and delivering results
