Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle specially Business Development Executive. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.


Job Position - Business Development Executive


Experience - 2 to 5 years


Salary - Hike on last drawn


Shift Timing - 9am to 6pm


Work mode - Work from Office


Qualifications And Skills

  • Excellent in English Communication skills
  • Minimum 2 year experience in Lead Generation in an IT Company
  • Comfortable in outbound and sales process
  • Immediate joiners preferred


Roles And Responsibilities

  • Identify relevant projects on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, etc.
  • Draft compelling proposals and cover letters tailored to the client’s requirements.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and clarify project scope.
  • Negotiate project terms, timelines, and budgets with potential clients.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with clients to convert bids into successful projects.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to prepare accurate project estimations and timelines.
  • Maintain records of bids, client communications, and conversion rates.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and project acquisition.
  • Monitor and analyze bidding performance and suggest improvements.
  • Involvement in full sales cycle, starting from lead generation to project delivery.
