ABOUT ZEN MOBILITY

Zen Mobility Group is a fast-growing last-mile electric vehicle manufacturer and fleet solutions company. We design and deploy purpose-built EVs for India's e-commerce, quick-commerce, and logistics sector. Our manufacturing arm (ZenMo) produces the Pixi Pod (2W), Pico Pod (2W), Micro Pod (3W), and Maxi Pod (4W). ZenFlo, our fleet leasing and operations arm, provides end-to-end fleet management for enterprise clients. We are backed by a 40-year auto component manufacturing group supplying top OEMs in India.


ROLE PURPOSE

Own the entire ZenMo revenue engine. Build and lead a city-level sales organisation to drive fleet unit sales across enterprise and SME segments. Lock anchor enterprise clients in logistics and quick-commerce. This is the most critical sales leadership hire at Zen Mobility.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•      Own annual unit sales targets across enterprise and SME fleet segments

•      Build, hire, and manage the full sales organisation: enterprise account leads, city sales managers, field executives, and inside sales

•      Personally drive and close relationships with top anchor enterprise clients in logistics, quick-commerce, and last-mile delivery

•      Design and enforce weekly sales cadence — field activity, pipeline reviews, closures, and forecasting

•      Collaborate with Finance to structure fleet deals aligned with ZenFlo's asset financing model

•      Set city-wise monthly unit targets and hold City Sales Managers accountable via weekly MIS

•      Build the enterprise sales playbook — pitch decks, pricing frameworks, term structures, objection handling

•      Report weekly pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue forecast directly to CEO

•      Represent Zen Mobility at industry events, mobility forums, and logistics sector gatherings

•      Partner with ZenFlo Head to ensure seamless transition from sale to deployment

MUST-HAVE PROFILE

•      8–12 years of B2B sales, with minimum 3 years in fleet, logistics, EV, or commercial mobility

•      Proven track record closing large enterprise accounts with complex procurement processes

•      Experience building and leading a distributed city-level sales team of 10+ people

•      Deep understanding of fleet purchase, leasing, and total cost of ownership economics

•      Ability to sell simultaneously to operations heads and CFOs within the same organisation

•      Strong CRM discipline and data-driven pipeline management

•      Network in logistics, e-commerce, or quick-commerce sector


GOOD TO HAVE

•      Prior experience at an EV startup, last-mile delivery company, or fleet leasing NBFC

•      Relationships with fleet procurement heads at major logistics or e-commerce companies

•      Experience in a founder-led, Series A–B stage high-growth environment

•      Working knowledge of NBFC and asset financing structures for fleet deals
