Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for managing client relationships, showcasing and selling real estate properties, conducting market research, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include client consultation, attending to property inquiries, and coordinating site visits. The role will also involve negotiating terms with clients, following up on leads, and maintaining records of customer interactions to ensure client satisfaction and business development.

- Time management skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Comfortable working on-site and adhering to team goals and organizational objectives
- Basic computer proficiency for maintaining customer data and generating sales reports
- Prior experience in sales, real estate, or a customer-facing role is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
