Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Delhi, India. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with retailers, distributors, and customers to promote Storia products, drive sales, and strengthen brand presence in the market. Daily tasks include visiting stores, explaining product benefits, ensuring proper product display and visibility, monitoring stock levels, and collecting orders. The role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with trade partners, resolving customer queries, and gathering on-ground feedback to support marketing and product teams. The Sales Associate will prepare basic sales reports, track performance against targets, and collaborate with internal teams to support promotional campaigns and in-store activations.

Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with the ability to meet or exceed targets in a retail or FMCG environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and customers.
- Basic data handling and reporting skills, including comfort with spreadsheets or sales reporting tools.
- Good understanding of local markets in Delhi and willingness to travel within assigned territories.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in the field while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in FMCG, beverages, or food sales is preferred; experience in modern trade or general trade is an advantage.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment and available for occasional weekend or evening activities as required.
