We’re looking for a high-ownership Sales Associate who enjoys being close to customers and close to numbers. Someone who can support deals end-to-end, work with sales leadership and founders, and help keep our sales execution sharp as we scale.

The Role

This role sits at the intersection of Sales Execution and Sales Operations. You will not be stuck doing only backend work and you will not be doing sales without structure.


Sales & Revenue Execution

  • Research and identify high-potential prospects across B2B, EdTech, HRTech, and SaaS
  • Support lead generation, qualification, outreach, and structured follow-ups
  • Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and client-facing sales material
  • Support and participate in sales calls, demos, and client conversations
  • Work directly with sales leaders to move deals forward and support closures


Sales Operations & Analytics

  • Maintain and track the sales pipeline, revenue data, and forecasting reports
  • Ensure CRM hygiene, accurate data, clean opportunities, clear stages
  • Analyse funnel performance, conversions, and sales metrics to identify gaps
  • Support invoicing tracking and coordination for timely collections
  • Assist with RFPs, RFQs, and structured client communication
  • Provide leadership with clean, reliable sales data for decision-making


This is a role where Excel, Sheets, and structured thinking matter as much as communication skills.


Who We’re Looking For

Experience

  • 2–3+ years of experience in Sales
  • Mandatory exposure to B2B sales environments
  • Experience in SaaS / AI / tech-driven businesses is strongly preferred


Education

  • Undergraduate or postgraduate degree from a top-tier institute / university (India or abroad preferred)


Core Skills

  • Strong hands-on proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Clear verbal and written communication
  • Comfort working with pipeline, revenue, and performance data
  • Structured, detail-oriented, process-driven work style
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • High ownership mindset
