Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will interact with prospective candidates, understand their career goals, explain our services, and guide them through the enrollment process. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective candidates through phone calls and follow-ups.
- Understand candidate requirements and career objectives.
- Explain Aivora Jobs' services, programs, and pricing effectively.
- Conduct discovery calls to identify candidate needs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective candidates.
- Handle customer objections professionally and confidently.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with recruiters and customer support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales journey.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in sales, telecalling, business development, customer service, or counseling is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to handle customer objections and close sales effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, CRM software, and email communication.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in educational consulting, recruitment, staffing, or career counseling.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales pipelines.
- Understanding of recruitment and hiring processes is an added advantage.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and communication skills.
