Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate, located in Visnagar. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, maintaining client relationships, and promoting Sky Placements’ services. Day-to-day responsibilities include reaching out to potential clients, responding to inquiries, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Associate will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver client solutions and exceed expectations.


Qualifications

  • Sales and Customer Engagement skills: Experience in direct sales, client communication, and handling customer queries effectively.
  • Interpersonal and Relationship-Building skills: Ability to connect with diverse client groups and foster strong professional relationships.
  • Organizational and Time Management skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize activities, and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Problem-Solving and Strategic Thinking: Capable of addressing client concerns and contributing to the development of effective sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and communication platforms.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in IT sales or recruitment is preferred but not required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
