Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential business leads
- Design and implement outreach programs such as partnership events, campus drives, seminars, hackathons, and marketing campaigns
- Lead introductory discussions and deliver presentations to prospective clients and partners
- Travel across designated locations for meetings and business expansion activities
- Analyze client needs and create customized business proposals
- Track and update data through reports, MIS, and performance metrics
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless project delivery
- Strong verbal and written communication along with presentation abilities
- Comfortable using digital tools, CRM platforms, and technology-based solutions
- Good analytical thinking and decision-making skills
- Excellent negotiation, patience, and adaptability in dynamic environments
- Ready to travel frequently for business purposes
