This full-time, on-site Sales and Service Engineer role is based in New Delhi. The role involves providing field service, technical support, and maintenance for solar energy systems, ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery for our customers. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, performing repairs, and maintaining smooth customer communication to ensure satisfaction. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to support effective service operations and client relationships.

• Expertise in Troubleshooting, Maintenance, and Repair to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Experience in Field Service and Technical Support to ensure effective installation, monitoring, and servicing of equipment.
• Strong Communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic field conditions and schedules.
• Educational background in Engineering or a related technical field. A degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is a plus.
• Prior experience in the renewable energy or solar industry is advantageous.
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset are essential for success in this role.
• Proficiency in relevant tools and equipment for maintenance and repair tasks.
