Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales role located in Kottayam. The Sales Representative will engage with potential customers to understand their needs, provide detailed information about Tata vehicle offerings, and guide them through the car-buying process. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, assisting with product demonstrations, and collaborating with the sales team to develop effective strategies. The role also involves ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and maintaining detailed documentation of sales activities.

Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales and Sales Management, with a strong ability to meet or exceed targets
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Experience in Training others and working collaboratively in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of automotive products and an enthusiasm for the automotive industry
- Ability to work on-site in Kottayam and adapt to a fast-paced sales environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in sales, marketing, or related fields
- Proficiency with CRM software or similar sales tools is an advantage
