Job Description

About the role:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to build strong relationships with clients and ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will act as the key point of contact for customers, address their queries, and help strengthen long-term partnerships.


Role Description

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries and support.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns while maintaining high service standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Client Servicing, or similar roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
