Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Sales and Relationship Manager - ONLINE. The individual will be responsible for Sales from Online leads, managing and strengthening client relationships - identifying growth opportunities, and driving sales performance to meet organisational objectives. Key responsibilities include initiating and maintaining a productive sales pipeline, working closely with clients to understand their needs, crafting tailored solutions thhat include logistics overview. The role will also involve regular communication and collaboration with internal teams to align on strategies and initiatives.


Qualifications and Preffered Experience

  • Sales and Business Relationship Management
  • Responding to online client enquiries with speed and professionalism.
  • Converting online leads into confirmed sales while maintaining luxury service standard.
  • Guiding clients through product details, sizing, styling, pricing, availability, delivery timelines, and order placement.
  • Managing WhatsApp, Instagram DM, website chat, and email communication.
  • Understanding of Shopify and Razorpay - IT Skills - MS Office
  • Following up with potential clients, abandoned carts, repeat customers, and enquiries.
  • Maintaining client relationships before, during, and after purchase.
  • Handling exchange, delivery, and post-purchase queries with care and clarity - Online
  • Maintaining daily sales reports, client records, enquiry status, and conversion updates.
  • Representing RINESSA with refined communication (English and Hindi - Both Proffesional level), attention to detail, and a luxury client-first approach.
  • Ability to work late evening from home to manage queries from overseas clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree - Fasion is an advantage
  • Prior experience in business development or client engagement roles is preferred.
