Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Sales and Relationship Manager located in Lonavala, Pune (410403).  The Sales and Relationship Manager will lead efforts to develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients. Responsibilities include driving sales growth, managing sales strategies, building and nurturing client relationships, and identifying revenue opportunities. The role also requires regular collaboration with internal teams, ensuring alignment between client needs and organizational goals, and providing financial insights to support business decisions.


Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Business Relationship Management and the ability to maintain and grow partnerships with key clients.
  • Strong Communication skills, including the ability to effectively represent the company and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Understanding of Finance and the ability to provide financial insights to support decision-making and strategies.
  • Relevant education or work experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related field, with 5–8 years of experience in sales, client relationship management, or business development
  • Experience in the automotive, manufacturing, or engineering sector will be an added advantage.
  • Highly motivated, with effective problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
