We are looking for a high-performing, commercially driven Senior Manager who can build, scale, and dominate ELV procurement and scrap sales operations.

This role is not for someone who waits for business to come in. We need a professional who can create sourcing networks, open new territories, build partnerships, and consistently deliver procurement and revenue targets.

• Deliver aggressive ELV procurement targets month after month.
• Build and manage sourcing channels through garages, brokers, agents, vehicle dealers, fleet operators, insurance companies, OEMs, transporters, institutional owners, and direct vehicle owners.
• Expand our footprint across Vadodara and surrounding districts by developing new procurement territories.
• Recruit, motivate, and manage field sourcing partners to maximize vehicle inflow.
• Generate a predictable pipeline of End-of-Life Vehicles for processing at our RVSF.

• Drive revenue generation from ferrous scrap, non-ferrous scrap, and reusable automobile components.
• Develop direct relationships with recyclers, automobile component manufacturers, industrial consumers, and scrap traders.

✔ 5–10 years of proven experience in vehicle recycling, RVSF operations, scrap trading, automotive sourcing, metal recycling, or related industries.

✔ Demonstrated track record of achieving procurement and sales targets.

✔ Strong network across automotive, recycling, scrap, dealership, transport, and industrial sectors.

✔ Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build business from the ground up.

✔ Excellent negotiation, leadership, and territory expansion skills.

✔ Ready to travel extensively and deliver measurable results.
