This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, based in the Mohali district. The role involves managing sales strategies, fostering customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, providing detailed product information, managing sales training initiatives, and contributing to the overall sales goals. While based in Mohali, this role allows for occasional work-from-home flexibility.

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, with a focus on meeting targets
• Experience in developing and delivering Training initiatives
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Familiarity with manufacturing or industrial sales is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
