Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Ghaziabad for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The selected candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, executing sales strategies, and providing product training to clients. Additional key tasks include managing customer service interactions, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and assisting in the development of marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and market share.

Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills, including the ability to address client inquiries effectively.
- Proven experience in sales and sales management, with a focus on closing deals and achieving targets.
- Ability to conduct training sessions for clients to ensure proper understanding of products and services.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
