Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Sialkot. The role involves developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth. Key responsibilities include identifying and engaging with potential customers, managing client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and overseeing sales processes. The role also includes conducting training sessions and collaborating with team members to ensure targets are met and the customer experience is optimized.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Proficiency in Training and coaching teams to promote products and services effectively.
- Proactive and results-driven mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects and clients.
- Familiarity with the sportswear or motorsports industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site at our Sialkot location.
