Role OverviewWe are looking for a Sales & Marketing Specialist / Manager to drive business growth in the aseptic pulps, concentrates, and IQF products segment.
This role is focused on B2B sales, building long-term partnerships with food & beverage brands, processors, and procurement teams, and positioning SPAR Agrotech as a reliable, consistency-driven supply partner.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development- Identify and develop new B2B customers in:
- Beverage companies (juices, dairy, RTD)
- Food processing brands
- HoReCa & industrial buyers
- Drive end-to-end sales: lead generation → sampling → negotiation → closure
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of domestic and export clients
- Develop key accounts and maintain long-term relationships
- Map industry demand for aseptic pulps, concentrates, and IQF products
- Identify new market opportunities (exports, private label, bulk supply)
- Track competitor pricing, positioning, and product trends
- Work closely with management to define pricing and go-to-market strategy
- Understand client requirements for consistency, quality specs, and supply reliability
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure smooth execution
- Manage sampling, trials, and product approvals
- Act as the single point of contact for key customers
- Build SPAR Agrotech’s presence in the B2B ecosystem
- Develop marketing materials (product decks, brochures, LinkedIn outreach)
- Represent the company in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry meets
- Strengthen digital presence (LinkedIn, website positioning, outreach campaigns)
- Work with procurement, production, and logistics teams for order fulfillment
- Ensure timelines, documentation, and export compliance (if applicable)
- Maintain CRM and sales reporting systems
- 3–8 years (Specialist) / 6–12 years (Manager) in:
- Food ingredients industry
- Aseptic pulps / concentrates
- Frozen / IQF products
- Food processing or agri-commodity sales
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles
- Knowledge of food ingredient applications (juices, dairy, sauces, etc.)
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to sell value (consistency, reliability, quality) vs just price
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience working with:
- Food & beverage brands
- Procurement teams
- Export markets
- Existing network in the food processing industry is a strong plus
