Duration: Minimum 3 Months

Location: Bhubaneswar (Field/On-site)

Type: Performance-Based Internship (Unpaid with High Incentives)


About the Program.


Drushti Business Solutions Pvt Ltd, in association with the Shamshauryam Foundation, is inviting energetic and ambitious individuals for a 3-month intensive Sales and Marketing Internship. This is a unique opportunity to gain cross-industry experience ranging from FMCG and Hospitality to Security and Tech.


We are looking for self-starters who are ready to learn, perform, and potentially secure a permanent position with us.


What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities).


* Market Research: Analyze local market trends and identify potential clients for our diverse product lines.

* Business Development: Generate leads and pitch products/services to corporate and individual clients.

* Brand Promotion: Execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility for our cloud kitchen and FMCG products.

* Client Relationship Management: Maintain good relationships with existing clients and vendors.

* Strategy Implementation: Assist in the rollout of sales campaigns for security services and home automation.


Exposure & Learning Opportunities.


Unlike standard internships, you will not be limited to one niche. You will work dynamically across our six core verticals:


* FMCG Distribution: Understanding supply chain and retail sales.

* Heritage Milk Parlours: Retail operations and customer engagement.

* Drushti Premium Incense Sticks: Product marketing and distribution.

* Drushti Security & Facility Services: B2B sales and service pitching.

* Drushti Home Automation: Tech-sales and modern lifestyle solutions.

* Bhoj Cloud Kitchen: Food services marketing and corporate subscriptions.


You will also interact with our esteemed associates: The Shamshauryam Foundation and the Air Force Association Odisha.


Who Can Apply?


* Students or recent graduates (BBA, MBA, or any stream) with a passion for Sales/Marketing.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.

* Available for a minimum duration of 3 months.
