Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Executive/Manager for our Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Gujarat, Chennai and Hyderabad location.

Key responsibilities:

Conducting market research to identify opportunities, developing effective market plans and strategies, engaging potential clients to promote our products, and driving sales growth.

The role involves regular communication with clients, preparing sales presentations, and closely collaborating with the internal team to meet business objectives while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to create and execute detailed Market Planning and Market Research strategies to capture business opportunities.
• Proven experience of 5 - 10 years in stainless steel tubes, pipes and fittings industry.
• Strong Sales and Marketing skills with experience in developing and executing campaigns to achieve performance goals.
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage directly with clients and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to analyze market trends, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
• Proficiency in using relevant tools and software to track and manage leads, sales, and marketing performance.
• Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a strong advantage, particularly in stainless steel or related industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
