The Opportunity
We are scaling PureBI – our Industrial Digitization SaaS Platform designed for real-time monitoring, analytics, automation, and performance optimization of water and wastewater treatment systems.
We are seeking Sales Manager who combines:
- Enterprise SaaS selling capability
- Strong industrial B2B relationship management
- Exposure to automation / digitization solutions
- Understanding of wastewater treatment operations
If you can sell technology to plant managers AND articulate ROI to CXOs — this role is built for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive enterprise sales of PureBI SaaS across industrial accounts
- Build and manage a structured SaaS sales pipeline
- Engage with Plant Heads, EHS Heads, IT Leaders & CXOs
- Position digitization, monitoring, and automation value propositions
- Conduct solution presentations and ROI-driven discussions
- Negotiate subscription-based commercial agreements
- Manage sales forecasting and monthly performance tracking
- Provide competitive intelligence and market insights
👤 Ideal Candidate Profile
✔ 4–10 years of B2B enterprise sales experience
✔ Proven success in IT SaaS / industrial software / automation sales
✔ Experience selling to Pharma, Chemicals, Textile, FMCG, F&B industries
✔ Strong understanding of wastewater treatment processes (ETP/STP)
✔ Exposure to automation, monitoring systems, or digital transformation solutions
✔ Comfortable with subscription / recurring revenue business models
✔ Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
✔ High ownership mindset and target-driven approach
Candidates based in Telangana / Andhra Pradesh will be given preference.
