The Opportunity

We are scaling PureBI – our Industrial Digitization SaaS Platform designed for real-time monitoring, analytics, automation, and performance optimization of water and wastewater treatment systems.

We are seeking Sales Manager who combines:

  • Enterprise SaaS selling capability
  • Strong industrial B2B relationship management
  • Exposure to automation / digitization solutions
  • Understanding of wastewater treatment operations

If you can sell technology to plant managers AND articulate ROI to CXOs — this role is built for you.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive enterprise sales of PureBI SaaS across industrial accounts
  • Build and manage a structured SaaS sales pipeline
  • Engage with Plant Heads, EHS Heads, IT Leaders & CXOs
  • Position digitization, monitoring, and automation value propositions
  • Conduct solution presentations and ROI-driven discussions
  • Negotiate subscription-based commercial agreements
  • Manage sales forecasting and monthly performance tracking
  • Provide competitive intelligence and market insights

 

👤 Ideal Candidate Profile

4–10 years of B2B enterprise sales experience

✔ Proven success in IT SaaS / industrial software / automation sales

✔ Experience selling to Pharma, Chemicals, Textile, FMCG, F&B industries

✔ Strong understanding of wastewater treatment processes (ETP/STP)

✔ Exposure to automation, monitoring systems, or digital transformation solutions

✔ Comfortable with subscription / recurring revenue business models

✔ Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills

✔ High ownership mindset and target-driven approach

Candidates based in Telangana / Andhra Pradesh will be given preference.
