1. Business Development Executive – Field Sales (Electrical Industry) —2 positions

Location: Kolkata (Base)

Territory: Primarily Kolkata + regional trips across Eastern India

Experience: 2+ years in electrical product sales (B2B / field and channel sales preferred)

Role Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Executive to drive field sales of our products — including ACCLs — to builders, panel builders, consultants, electrical contractors, and distributors.

 

Key Responsibilities

•          Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B customers in the electrical ecosystem.

•          Conduct daily visits to dealers, distributors, project sites, and consultants.

•          Promote products (primarily ACCLs and related electrical solutions) and generate leads.

•          Plan and execute sales strategies independently based on territory understanding.

•          Travel locally within Kolkata and make outstation trips across as required.

•          Maintain accurate visit reports and customer records.

 

Requirements

•          2+ years of field sales experience in the electrical industry (must).

•          Existing customer relationships with builders, consultants, or electrical dealers preferred.

•          Technical background preferred (not mandatory).

•          Decent command of English; fluency in Hindi and Bengali is essential.

•          Self-starter with ability to work independently and drive results.

•          Own two-wheeler is preferred (fuel allowance provided based on reporting).

•          Knowledge/knack of digital marketing and online sales is a plus-point.

 

Compensation

•          Fixed salary based on experience

•          Target-based incentives

•          Fuel/travel reimbursement based on daily reporting

•          CTC : ~ Rs. 6 LPA.
