Profile Introduction

We are looking for a responsible and active Senior Executive – Field Operations to monitor and support daily solid waste management operations at the ground level. The role focuses on field monitoring, vehicle tracking, team coordination, reporting, and ensuring that all activities are completed on time as per company SOPs and municipal work standards.

The Senior Executive will act as a link between field teams and management to ensure smooth execution of door-to-door collection, road cleaning, waste lifting, and fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor door-to-door collection vehicles to ensure timely ward coverage and proper route completion.

Ensure road sweeping and cleaning work is done as per schedule and area plan.

Check that assigned dustbins are cleared regularly and not overflowing.

Monitor open garbage points and ensure waste lifting is done on time.

Track movement and deployment of commercial vehicles in field operations.

Monitor vehicle performance through BI dashboards or tracking systems.

Ensure SOP compliance related to fuel usage, vehicle routes, and operations.

Maintain records of which vehicle is working in which area.

Prepare daily fuel reports with vehicle number, quantity, date, and time.

Monitor fuel consumption and report any irregularities.

Prepare daily work reports of field operations.

Maintain vehicle movement and deployment reports.

Share daily operational reports with management.

Report vehicle breakdowns and technical issues.

Coordinate for vehicle repair, maintenance, and spare parts requirement.

Monitor fitness and readiness of new vehicles.

Supervise drivers and field staff for proper work execution.

Technical & Reporting Work

Basic Working Knowledge Of

MS Excel (mandatory)

Vehicle tracking / BI dashboard systems

Daily operational reporting

Required Skills

Experience in transportation, logistics, or waste management operations.

Experience in vehicle monitoring and field supervision.

Ability to handle drivers and ground staff.

Strong reporting and coordination skills.

Comfortable with daily field work.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in municipal or waste management projects.

Good monitoring mindset and responsibility towards daily targets.

Able to handle pressure and solve day-to-day operational issues
