Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Analyst located in the Pune District. The Sales Analyst will be responsible for analyzing sales data, preparing performance reports, and identifying market trends. They will work closely with the sales team to develop strategies, provide insights to optimize sales performance, and support financial forecasting. Regular collaboration with internal teams and addressing customer-related data inquiries are also part of the responsibilities.


What you'll do:


- Bifurcate and consolidate sales data across channels

- Analyse sales figures and surface actionable trends

- Support the sales team with structured MIS reports


What we're looking for:


- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, MS Word & Tally

- Strong analytical thinking and number sense

- Good communication skills in English

- Experience in Pharma sales data analysis is a big plus

- Based in Pune (mandatory)

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to gather, evaluate, and interpret sales data
  • Proficient in Communication and Customer Service to interact effectively with internal teams and clients
  • Experience in Finance to aid with financial forecasting and sales budgeting
  • Knowledge of Sales strategies and practices to provide actionable insights
  • Proficiency in using sales and data analysis tools or software
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is required
