Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Head with a strong background in media or advertising sales. The ideal candidate will possess a robust client network and a deep understanding of branded content and sponsorships. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth through innovative strategies and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Generation:
    • Drive all revenue streams, including branded content, sponsored journalism, events, and campus partnerships.
    • Develop and implement effective revenue strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Monthly Revenue Targets:
    • Set, monitor, and achieve monthly revenue targets.
    • Analyze sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Client Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
    • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Branded Content Sales:
    • Lead initiatives to sell branded content opportunities.
    • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling content offerings.
  • Sponsorship Development:
    • Identify and secure sponsorship opportunities aligned with company goals.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
Qualifications

  • Proven track record in media sales with a strong client network.
  • In-depth knowledge of branded content and sponsorship development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities to assess market trends and performance.
