About the RoleWe are looking for a strategic and visionary Head of Marketing to lead our overall marketing strategy and planning. In this fully remote role, you will be the driving force behind integrating brand, digital, PR, and experiential efforts to achieve measurable growth—both for our clients and for Magnum Radius itself.
You will lead a distributed, high-performing team and collaborate closely with our account, creative, and performance departments to ensure every initiative aligns with client missions and bottom-line business outcomes.
What You Will Do- Drive Strategy: Lead overall marketing strategy and planning, developing data-informed go-to-market plans that integrate brand, digital, PR, and experiential marketing.
- Execute Campaigns: Manage end-to-end, multi-channel campaigns, ensuring all marketing activities align with sales objectives and client missions.
- Lead & Mentor: Manage, inspire, and grow a distributed marketing team while collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional creative, performance, and account teams.
- Uncover Insights: Oversee market research, decode audience behavior, and translate complex data insights into actionable, high-impact marketing plans.
- Build Authority: Spearhead thought leadership initiatives, refine agency and client positioning, and elevate brand reputation.
- Optimize Operations: Establish best practices, streamline processes, and build scalable frameworks that support high-performance marketing operations.
- Strategic Expertise: Demonstrated experience in Market Planning and Marketing Management, with a proven track record of designing and executing integrated strategies.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong market research skills with the ability to interpret data, segment audiences, and drive data-informed decision-making using marketing analytics tools.
- Sales Alignment: Proven experience collaborating with or overseeing Sales functions to ensure marketing directly supports revenue and growth objectives.
- PR Proficiency: Deep understanding of Public Relations, including media relations, narrative development, and multi-channel reputation management.
- Leadership: Extensive experience managing cross-functional marketing teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, or agency environment.
- Client Management: Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to present and defend recommendations to C-suite clients.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Bonus: Prior experience working in or with agencies serving multiple international markets (specifically Australia and India) is a strong advantage.
