We are looking for a proactive, passionate, and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive – North Region to join our growing team.
This is a full-time remote role based in the Delhi/North India region, focused on driving business growth across the entire North market. The candidate will work closely with OEMs, system integrators, consultants, channel partners, architects, and developers to expand the presence of all brands represented by Morion Automation.
The ideal candidate should have strong industry knowledge, relationship-building skills, and the ability to independently drive sales and business development activities while collaborating effectively with internal teams.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand business opportunities across the North India region
- Work closely with OEMs, consultants, architects, integrators, and channel partners
- Promote and generate business for all brands represented by Morion Automation
- Identify new projects, customers, and partnership opportunities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project support and execution
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings, presentations, and industry events
Qualifications & Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in:
- Home Automation
- Smart Lighting
- Building Automation
- AV / ELV / Related Industries
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales, lead generation, and client acquisition
- Knowledge of market planning and business development strategies
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
- Passionate team player with a growth mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related fields preferred
- Familiarity with KNX, smart home, or intelligent building technologies is an added advantage
- Willingness to travel within the North region as required
