We’re hiring a Director – Sales to help scale the revenue and growth engine of SkillsCapital — an AI-native Talent Intelligence and Enterprise Tech platform redefining how organizations discover, vet, deploy, and scale high-impact technology talent globally.

This is not a traditional sales role focused only on targets and reporting.

This is a high-impact growth and execution role where you’ll work closely with leadership across sales, delivery, sourcing, partnerships, and customer success to help scale a globally trusted AI-native platform. You’ll be joining a platform that is already built, live, and being used by clients across the U.S., U.K., Europe, and the Middle East.

Our core ecosystem — including the AI-Powered Talent Cloud, Deep Vetting Engine, intelligent matching systems, workflow automation infrastructure, and enterprise portals — is already operational and delivering real business impact. We are now entering the next phase of growth: scaling enterprise sales, expanding strategic partnerships, accelerating global client acquisition, and building a world-class commercial engine for rapid international expansion.

🎯 What You’ll Own
  • Drive enterprise sales and business development initiatives
  • Build and strengthen relationships across enterprise technology ecosystems
  • Generate new business opportunities and strategic client conversations
  • Work closely with delivery, sourcing, and leadership teams to drive successful closures
  • Support expansion into new markets, accounts, and geographies
  • Build and improve scalable sales workflows and GTM processes
  • Strengthen account growth, client retention, and strategic partnerships
  • Help build operational rigor around pipeline management and revenue growth
  • Support leadership in executing strategic growth initiatives
