Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales / Account Manager VOIP. The Sales / Account Manager will build and maintain strong client relationships, generate and nurture leads, and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Responsibilities include account management, identifying new sales opportunities, and delivering tailored VOIP solutions to meet client needs. Collaborating with internal teams, the role ensures alignment between client expectations and service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to address client inquiries and ensure solutions meet their needs.
  • Experience in Account Management, with the ability to maintain and grow long-term client relationships.
  • Proven ability in Lead Generation, identifying new business opportunities, and turning leads into lasting partnerships.
  • Exceptional Communication skills to effectively convey information, manage client expectations, and build rapport.
  • Organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of VOIP solutions or experience in the telecom industry is mandatory.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented professional with a demonstrated track record in sales or customer management.
