Hiring: International Voice Support Executive – Bangalore

📍 Location: Bangalore

💼 Experience: 1+ years of International Voice Experience (Mandatory)

💰 CTC: Up to ₹5.5 LPA

🕒 Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days only

🔄 Shift: 24×7 Rotational (including night shifts & weekends)

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum 1+ year of International Voice Support experience
• Inbound calling experience
• Excellent English communication skills
• SVAR C1 / CRT score: 72% or above (Communication Proficiency should be C1)
• Full-time graduation (10+2+3) with all mark sheets and degree certificate available

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle international inbound and outbound customer calls
• Resolve customer queries while ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation
• Meet quality standards and SLAs
• Work collaboratively with internal teams for issue resolution

Preferred:

• Experience in Tech Support or Telecom
• Knowledge of CRM tools
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
