NATURE AND SCOPE:

Person will be responsible for selling Structural Adhesives & Thermal Management solutions directly to Key and Strategic customers and through distributors. He/She will also be responsible to pursue sales leads, visit existing customers, identify new customer, assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services, gather market intelligence and provide correct sales forecast for planning inventories.


Responsibilities

  1. Identification of new customers
  2. Support & develop existing customers
  3. Conduct products trial, recommend products, and resolve customer complaints through coordinating with internal technology team
  4. Conduct Customer and Distributor Training programs
  5. Forecast sales, plan & monitor inventory
  6. Responsible for gathering market and competitor information
  7. Achieve sales and collection targets
  8. Receivable timely from customer and distributors
  9. Provide customer feedback to PARKER LORD technical team
  10. Develop value proposition and value sell SA products to new customers
  11. Identify and develop New Customer accounts to generate new business
  12. Monitoring, Analysing and Maintaining Sales Data and report them periodically
  13. Coordinate with Warehouse team for products logistics
  14. Conduct product trials and resolve customer complaints with support from technology team
  15. Organize customer and distributor training programs


Qualification

  1. Graduate/Diploma in Engineering (Polymer/Mechanical/Chemical/Adhesive
  2. 5-10 years’ experience of Industrial Selling, especially selling product related to technology
  3. Experience in industrial applications (Preferably automotive)
