Safety Officer || IT Data Center || Mumbai/Navi Mumbai

This is for a full-time role (not a contract/consultancy/3rd party role)

• Location: Mumbai (Preference for candidates already based here)
• Language: Fluent in English & Hindi
• Fluency in regional languages preferred but not mandatory
• Experience: 2-3 of experience in the Safety Domain
• Salary Upto - 4 - 5 LPA

Key Focus:

The Safety Officer will oversee health and safety operations, ensure regulatory compliance, conduct audits and training and drive continuous improvement in workplace safety. And drive continuous improvement in workplace safety.

Roles and Responsibilities

•Advise Project Managers on all HSE matters.

•Promote and enforce safe work practices, including PPE use.

•Identify hazards, develop emergency plans, and establish safety protocols. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

•Train personnel on safety procedures and accident prevention. Conduct regular safety inspections and identify unsafe conditions. Investigate accidents and prepare incident reports.

•Maintain good housekeeping on site.

•Organize safety promotional activities and toolbox talks. Manage all required safety documentation and reporting
