Field Service Technician – Data Center Operations (Freelance/Contract)

JustDataMan provides on-ground field services for data center operators and infrastructure providers expanding across India. We're building a network of reliable freelance field technicians in Bangalore to support hyperscaler and MSP site operations.

What you'll do:

• Execute on-site tasks per work orders — hardware installation, rack and cable management, equipment checks
• Report task status with photos and checklists after each visit
• Follow safety protocols and site-access procedures at client facilities
• Coordinate visit scheduling with the JustDataMan operations team

What we're looking for:

• Experience with IT hardware, networking, or electrical work (data center or telecom background preferred)
• Own transport and a smartphone for real-time reporting
• Comfortable with short-notice site visits across Bangalore
• Reliable, detail-oriented, able to follow structured checklists

Engagement: Per-visit or per-project payout. Ongoing work available for technicians who perform well — this is the start of a growing field network.
