This is a full-time hybrid role based in New Delhi for a SAAS Subscription Specialist focused on Supreme Court Advocates. The position involves engaging with advocates, demonstrating the value of Lekhak.app, and onboarding new users to the platform. The role includes managing and nurturing client relationships, identifying key subscription needs, and ensuring customer success by addressing queries and facilitating platform usability. Some work-from-home flexibility is provided.

• Technical expertise in using SAAS platforms and a strong understanding of AI-powered tools
• Experience with client relations, customer onboarding, and providing customer support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in relation to explaining tech solutions to non-technical users
• Knowledge of the judiciary and legal workflows is a strong advantage
• Problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills to effectively meet client needs
• Previous experience in subscription-based sales or account management roles is a plus
• Proficiency in one or more Indian languages is an added advantage
