Rubber machine Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Sales Scope Covering Europe
• Responsible for market development, product sales, customer development and maintenance, brand promotion, and market information collection for Yizumi's rubber machinery in the European market;
• Develop individual annual sales plans and assist superiors in formulating sales strategies for the European market;
• Promote subsidiaries to join rubber industry associations in target markets, deeply participate in core activities such as industry forums and technical exchanges to enhance brand professionalism; integrate association resources to accurately connect with potential customers and systematically cultivate high-value business opportunities;
• Assist the Yizumi headquarters sales team in pursuing key customers, participate in important order negotiations, and be responsible for daily sales management;
• Develop and maintain local agents and distributors in Europe;

Regularly visit K-level customers and establish good customer relationships;

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in the rubber machinery or related industries; Bachelor's degree or above, with preference given to candidates majoring in mechanical engineering, polymer materials, or marketing.
• Experience in sales or marketing.
• Previous experience working in a rubber product factory or upstream/downstream supporting manufacturers (e.g., rubber compound factories, mold factories, auxiliary equipment factories, etc.).
• Strong customer communication and business processing skills; excellent teamwork spirit.
• Hungarian and English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills; knowledge of German is preferred.
• Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Prior experience working and living in Hungary is preferred.
• Willing to travel for work in Europe.
• Possess a driver's license; strong work history and job stability.
