Role Description
The RSM (Regional Sales Manager) will oversee managing and driving sales growth within the assigned region, focusing on modular switches, LED lighting, and fans. You will build and nurture relationships with clients, develop sales strategies, lead regional sales teams, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. The role involves market analysis, identifying potential customers, and providing actionable insights to improve business performance. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kakori.

Qualifications
- Experience in sales strategy development and execution, team management, and achieving sales targets
- Knowledge in modular switches, LED lighting, and fans, with the ability to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, relationship-building capabilities, and proficiency in negotiation
- Analytical skills to evaluate market trends and translate them into business opportunities
- Proven track record in regional sales or business management roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work on-site in Kakori and willingness to travel within the assigned region as required
- Experience in the electrical or home appliances industry is an advantage
