Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Robotics Technical Trainer based in Kolkata. The trainer will be responsible for : delivering structured technical training programs on robotics, STEM, and coding for schools, facilitating workshops, and conducting practical sessions. Other responsibilities include guiding students in setting up robotics projects, ensuring the curriculum is effectively delivered, and assisting in competitions or exhibitions. The role also involves communicating technical concepts effectively, creating training materials, and staying updated on emerging technologies. Qualifications Proficiency in Technical Training, Training & Development, and conducting hands-on sessions. Strong Communication and Presentation skills to connect with students and educators effectively. Experience as a Technical Trainer or in a training role focused on Robotics, STEM, or Coding. Passion for education and technology with an ability to inspire and mentor students. Knowledge of programming and robotics platforms is advantageous. Bachelor?s degree in a related field such as Engineering, Education, or Computer Science is preferred.
