Position: Robotic Application & AMR Sales Engineer
Department: Sales / Automation Solutions

Experience: 2–6 Years (Preferred in Industrial Automation / Robotics)
Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and technically strong Robotic Application & AMR Sales Engineer to drive sales and application development for robotic automation and Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) solutions. The role involves identifying customer requirements, proposing suitable robotic solutions, supporting technical discussions, and closing sales opportunities in manufacturing industries.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities for industrial robotics and AMR solutions.
Generate leads and build relationships with customers in industries such as automotive, manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing.
Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and cost estimations.
Achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
2. Application Engineering
Understand customer production processes and automation requirements.
Develop robotic solutions for applications such as:
Welding (MIG / Spot)
Pick & Place
Machine Tending
Material Handling
Assembly
Palletizing
AMR-based intralogistics
Prepare concept layouts, cycle time analysis, and ROI calculations.
3. Technical Presentations
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to customers.
Explain robotic systems, automation benefits, and AMR workflow integration.
4. Customer Support & Project Coordination
Coordinate with engineering, project, and commissioning teams.
Support customers during installation, commissioning, and acceptance.
Provide technical clarification during project execution.
5. Market Intelligence
Monitor industry trends in robotics, AMR, and factory automation.
Identify new application opportunities and emerging technologies.
Required Skills
Knowledge of Industrial Robots (ABB, KUKA, FANUC, Yaskawa, etc.)
Understanding of AMR / AGV systems
Experience in robotic applications and automation solutions
Ability to read technical drawings and layouts
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
Good understanding of manufacturing processes
Qualification
B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in
Mechanical Engineering
Mechatronics
Robotics
Electrical / Automation Engineering
Preferred Experience
Experience in robotic system integration companies
Exposure to automotive, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing automation
Knowledge of robot simulation software (Roboguide, Robot Studio, etc.) is a plus.
