Job Title: Resident Medical Officer (RMO)

Shift: Day/Night shifts with alternate night duty

Eligibility & Qualifications

• MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.
• Kerala Medical Council (KMC) / TCMC registration is mandatory.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Strong clinical knowledge and good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide medical care and monitoring to inpatients.
• Attend to patients during assigned shifts.
• Conduct patient assessments and maintain medical records.
• Coordinate with consultants and other healthcare professionals.
• Handle emergencies and provide initial medical management.
• Ensure proper patient care and timely escalation of critical cases.
• Follow hospital protocols and maintain high standards of patient safety.
