Role Description

As a Risk Compliance Officer, you will oversee regulatory compliance and ensure policies align with legal standards to safeguard the company. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing compliance programs, conducting risk assessments, monitoring internal controls, and liaising with external regulatory bodies. You will also provide advisory support on compliance-related issues, perform due diligence, and conduct periodic audits. This is an on-site, full-time role located in Surat.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Compliance Management and expertise in Regulatory Compliance to ensure adherence to legal and industry standards.
Strong Analytical Skills for assessing risks and identifying areas of improvement in internal processes.
Knowledge of Finance and experience in Financial Services to oversee compliance within financial operations.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills are highly beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field is required; additional compliance certifications are a plus.
