RFP Analyst / Pre-Sales Support Executive

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Ahmedabad for the position of RFP Analyst / Pre-Sales Support Executive. The role involves end-to-end management of the Request For Proposal (RFP) lifecycle, including analyzing requirements, preparing compliance matrices, coordinating with solution design teams, and compiling bid documentation. Additional responsibilities include monitoring tender platforms, ensuring timely submissions, engaging with stakeholders, and providing strategic support for pre-sales initiatives. Qualifications Strong analytical skills, RFP analysis, and the ability to prepare compliance matrices Proficiency in bid documentation, solution design coordination, and tender management Skills in public procurement processes, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory frameworks Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail Experience working with GeM or similar government procurement platforms is a plus Ability to work collaboratively and handle tight deadlines Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Public Administration, or related field Familiarity with the infrastructure and technology sectors is advantageous
