We are a growing BIM and engineering consultancy based in Ahmedabad, looking for a hands-on Revit MEP Engineer with a solid background in plumbing, drainage, and building services modelling. If you enjoy working through complex MEP systems, producing accurate coordinated models, and being part of a collaborative technical team — this role is built for you.

This is an on-site position with genuine scope for career development across a variety of commercial, residential, hospitality, and mixed-use projects.

What You Will Be Doing

• Building and developing detailed BIM models for water supply, drainage, sewerage, and stormwater systems using Revit MEP
• Preparing plumbing layouts, drainage layouts, pump room models, and riser diagrams to project specifications
• Generating construction-level drawings and project documentation from Revit models
• Supporting BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs from BIM data
• Coordinating with internal structural, architectural, and MEP engineering teams to deliver accurate and clash-free models
• Participating in BIM coordination reviews, model audits, and interdisciplinary coordination meetings
• Ensuring all models meet project BIM requirements, quality standards, and client deliverable expectations
  
  

What We Are Looking For

You Are The Right Candidate If You Have

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Revit MEP modelling, specifically for plumbing and drainage systems
• Solid working knowledge of water supply, drainage, sewerage, and stormwater system design and modelling
• Experience preparing detailed MEP drawings and documentation from BIM models
• A good understanding of building services coordination and MEP engineering principles
• The ability to read, interpret, and work from engineering drawings and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage your own deliverables within project timelines
• Good communication skills and a collaborative working style
  
  

Preferred Skills That Will Strengthen Your Application

• Experience with Navisworks for clash detection and model coordination
• Exposure to BIM coordination workflows including LOD requirements and model management
• Prior project experience across commercial, residential, hospitality, or mixed-use building types
• Familiarity with international BIM standards (BS EN 19650, LOD 300–400) or international project delivery
• Understanding of BOQ generation and quantity take-off from Revit models
• Knowledge of AutoCAD MEP as a supporting tool
  
  

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of dedicated BIM modelling experience in a professional MEP, consultancy, or engineering services environment
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP is non-negotiable — please do not apply without demonstrated Revit experience
