Job Description – Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Gurgaon & Faridabad

Experience Required: 2–5 Years

Industry Preference: IT Sales / SaaS Sales (Mandatory)

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with strong IT sales experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and driving revenue growth by promoting our CRM solutions to potential clients. Candidates should be comfortable with field sales activities and also be flexible to work from home as per business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Present and demonstrate CRM solutions to potential clients.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and product for better client engagement.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and updates in CRM.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in IT Sales / SaaS Sales (Mandatory).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in B2B sales and client handling.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Good presentation and product demonstration skills.
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales processes.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in CRM or software product sales.
  • Strong lead generation and prospecting skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
