This is a full-time, on-site Retail Store Manager role based in New Delhi at The Pet Point. The Retail Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure customer satisfaction, manage inventory, and implement retail loss prevention practices. The role also includes leading and training the store team, ensuring efficient workflows, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and driving sales performance.

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service are essential for prioritizing the needs and experiences of our customers and their pets.
• Proficiency in Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, team members, and vendors.
• Experience in Store Management, including inventory control and team leadership, is required to ensure efficient and seamless store operations.
