Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Backend Sales Executive, based in near Kim X highway , Surat. The Backend Sales Executive will support sales operations by managing client inquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, and maintaining customer databases. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment, addressing customer concerns, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets. Strong organizational and communication skills are integral to this role. Qualifications Proficiency in client communication, order processing, and database management Experience in sales support, quotation preparation, and managing customer inquiries Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems is advantageous Basic understanding of electrical systems or a technical background is a plus Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field preferred
