Role Description The Retail Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajasthan, India, responsible for leading day-to-day store operations and delivering an excellent in-store experience. This role oversees staff scheduling, supervision, and performance, while ensuring visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness are consistently maintained. The manager monitors inventory levels, coordinates replenishment, and implements retail loss prevention measures to safeguard stock and assets. Daily responsibilities include supporting sales targets, handling customer concerns, driving customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate cash and sales reporting. The role also involves training team members, reinforcing company policies, and collaborating with regional leadership to align store performance with Cantabil’s brand and service standards.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build long-term relationships and resolve issues effectively.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and management.
• Candidates should possess Store Management expertise, including staff supervision, inventory oversight, and sales floor operations.
• Candidates should possess Retail Loss Prevention knowledge to minimize shrinkage and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Relevant experience in retail store management or supervisory roles, preferably in apparel or fashion.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, with a focus on coaching and performance improvement.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
• Comfort with basic computer applications and POS systems; familiarity with retail metrics and KPIs is beneficial.
• Diploma or degree in Retail Management, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
